Yvette’s display of professionalism and dedication made us change our impression of Property Managers.  Yvette is very pro-active in ensuring that we are aware of our property and its tenants.  Yvette goes out of her way to answer our queries even if such query is outside her domain. Yvette has always been accommodating no matter how “stupid” the question may seem.  If only all Property Managers are as professional and knowledgeable as Yvette Yatras, then the “Mum and Dad” landlords, like us, can still manage to smile despite the rising interest rate.

Yvette is the best property manager on this earth.  She is so genuinely concerned about her clients and always performs her very best. She has your best interest at heart and is very fair and respectful with owners and client. I love her persistence and attitude to get the job done. She is always willing to go the extra mile. You can place your confidence in her for any renovations or interior decorating on your property.  She saves you time and money and has a lot of common sense.  Yvette has always been able to solve any problem I have had. She does her research well and knows her stuff. One of Yvette characteristics I admire is her ability to communicate excellently. She is the best communicator I have come across in property and I have had several property managers with different agents.  She fills me in with every detail and is very prompt and efficient.  I can always count on her.  Thank you for all the years you have been my property manager. She is one of those rare people that I have been fortunate to come across.
